Register With Suvidha

           

Description: To use services, Subscriber registers for Suvidha by sending SMS with following key word to Suvidha Short Code:

           

REG [space] Your Full Name*Gender*Postal Code*Date of Birth*SPIN

Example: reg SURESH KUMARAN BALASUBRAMANIAM*m*110017*01011983*123456

           

  • Your full name has to be minimum 2 and maximum 30 characters.
  • Gender: M for male and F for female.
  • Your Postal code has to be minimum 3 and maximum 8 digits/ digits+characters only.
  • Your Date of Birth has to be in format DDMMYYYY of 8 digits only - e.g. 1st January 1983 will be typed as 01011983.
  • SPIN is a Secured Personal Identification Number of your choice. It has to be six digits.   

Link your Credit Cards with Suvidha

           

Description: To avail Payment Gateway Services, Subscriber links Credit Card by sending following key word to Suvidha Short Code:

           

REGCC [space] Credit card code*Credit card number*Month of expiry*Year of expiry*Security number*SPIN

Example: regcc V*1234123412341234*06*09*123*123456

           

  • Credit card code
    V- Visa
    M- MasterCard.
  • Credit Card number (16-digit number) printed on the face of the card.
  • Month of expiry MM as 2 digits. Viz January will be typed as 01.
  • Year of expiry YY as 2 digits. Viz 2008 will be typed as 08.
  • Security Number printed at the back/front of card is 3 digits for Visa and MasterCard.

           

Pay MTNL Bill (Landline & Dolphin) Using Credit Card

           

Description: This module is used to retrieve information about bills to be paid and making Bill payments through subscriber’s Suvidha Account by sending following Keywords to Suvidha Short Code.

           

BILL [space] Merchant code*Connection number*Customer account number*SPIN*Credit card code

Example: bill mtnld*23456789*1234567890*123456*V or M

           

  • Merchant Code for MTNL Landline & Mobile, Delhi is "mtnld".

Connection number is your telephone/electricity meter number.

  • Customer Account Number is printed on utility bill.

Description: To Change the Name, Subscriber SMS with following key word to Suvidha Short Code:
